Rina Menardi is a world renown ceramic artist based in Italy. Her stoneware collection is completely handmade and is characterized by simple lines, organic colours and shapes inspired by nature. The surface and finishing is realized using ancient techniques that date back to the origins of ceramics.

Anime are part of a new concept proposed by Rina Menardi. They are unique pieces created by the artist herself, signed and numbered from 1 to a yet unknown number.

These forms are in continuous development, with each piece revealing itself as a mutation of the previous piece. There are no repetitions or duplications of form, it is a channel of emotions poured by Rina through her hands that shape the clay: fulcrum, departure and arrival of everything.

Anime express the new consciousness of themselves: They are the spirit that reveals itself.
