SALES ASSOCIATE – Part-time (20 – 30 hours per week)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home interiors and the ability to thrive alongside the entire Provide team in a highly specialized retail environment. The role has multiple focuses that will be fulfilled by strong abilities in customer service, furniture sales logistics, e-commerce and inventory management.

- Level-headed – you are calm and professional during sensitive situations
- Able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver exceptional customer service – be prompt, friendly and knowledgeable
- Develop repeat clientele by interacting with and engaging customers
- Prepare special order estimates, and follow through to completion of project
- Manage current product information in the showroom and on our website
- Produce/submit purchase orders to suppliers and review current inventory levels
- Receive orders and perform inventory counts as needed
- Conduct daily follow-up on outstanding estimates and emails

CORE COMPETENCIES
- 2 to 3 years of retail sales 
- Tech-savvy, with a strong knowledge of e-commerce (Shopify), Microsoft Office and apple computers
