Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Online orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our Vancouver showrooms to addresses in Canada. You will receive a notification and tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping charges for your online order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

To our US clients - Updated Sept 2, 2025
The United States has suspended its duty-free “de minimus” threshold of US$800 for all countries, including Canada. Going forward, all Provide shipments to the US will require prepaid duties (Delivery Duty Paid) before packages cross the border. 

Please contact the store directly for a quote as we will calculate the additional DDP as apart of your quote.

If you refuse any shipments from Provide, you accept responsibility for shipping fees, all duties, taxes and broker fees that are incurred on your order (both outbound and returned shipments)  We will subtract this amount from your store credit.

Local Pickup

You are able to bypass the shipping fees with free local pickup at Provide. After placing the online order and selecting "local pickup" at checkout, your order will be prepared within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a notification via email, SMS, or push notifications when the order is ready.

Please contact Provide to inform us of your expected arrival for pickup. Most local pickups will take place at our 1805 Fir Street location.

Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We are happy to accept your returned product(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for an exchange or store credit. We do not do refunds.

For your items to be eligible for exchange or store credit, the product(s) must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition in which they were purchased.

Defective or Damaged Items
In order to be considered for an exchange, any defective or damaged items must be communicated to Provide within 72 hours of receiving the product(s). There will be no exceptions to this policy.

Return Items
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns and for any missing/undelivered items. Once Provide receives the returned product(s) and has conducted an inspection to ensure original condition, a store credit will be issued.
