Andrea Copp is a ceramicist and artist based in Vancouver, Canada.

With a passion to overcome and enjoy every life’s challenges, bringing a deep respect to balance and beauty, Andrea has turned her focus to clay as her medium. 

Stoneware pieces, made by coil, wheel, and slab. Vases made from inner emotional expression, creating shapes that express their own soulful forms.

Custom works can be requested to size and colours, while allowing room for the process to reveal itself.

Artist's Statement
My materials are maple wood left raw as possible, having used the Japanese shou sugi ban technique.

It is a paean to all that is extinct — with hope that we do better today for a more lively tomorrow.

I feel shadows of a dinosaur tail with porcelain shards mantling the remains of unearthed bones.
