A Stone’s Throw is a minimal, modern, wool throw series inspired in part by the aesthetics and ethics of modernism of the North Sea-Baltic Coast but reimagined on the shorelines of the Okanagan water basin. Handwoven with soft, undyed, natural cotton, organic linen and 100% BC wool milled in the Okanagan. Embracing the beauty and functionality of a natural textile with an emphasis on local, sustainable fibres results in a minimal but elevated work of art. A Stone’s Throw is skillfully woven on traditional four-harness floor looms in British Columbia, Canada.
