Awanay was founded as a community centered project which aims to empower rural communities of master weavers living in remote and inaccessible areas of northern Argentina. Wool from local, small scale farmers is hand washed, hand spun, hand dyed, and then hand woven into cushions and throws. Awanay's style philosophy is laid back, elegant, simple, and organic. A modern twist on Argentine heritage.
